well that was pretty messed up
In my opnion they had the right to be there as long as it didnt say "NO BIKERS ALLOWED SO STFU" but aparently it didnt and they didnt really break the law..
Plus why the hell would you detain a 12 year old

Well, that's the thing. It's called a "skate park" for just that reason, its meant to be skated, not to use your bike. And from experience, bmxers at the skatepark do tend to get annoying and in the way, as well as usually aren't allowed, but those are mostly posted at the smaller parks. If the parks are as big as they are in the vid, there's no reason why bikes shouldn't be allowed there, its not like the community provides much for them. I give that 12 year old my respect for defying the crazy law, there's no reason they should have been arrested for that, its not even illegal.
If the cops want to be total queer waffles, they could just have a minimum ticket or fine to pay for trespassing. Even though that too is crazy, there's no way they should have been arrested.
